Created by researchers at the University of Wisconsin Madison, it educates you on the science of mindfulness and brain health while guiding you through meditations that can fit any time constraint and be done while performing other simple tasks. It’s also completely free!

Managing our screen time is essential for reducing stress and preserving sleep quality. I’ve struggled with this myself, and Minimalist Phone has helped tremendously by making your phones UI a boring grayscale and providing time limits for addictive apps that limit mindless scrolling.
